Wedding Ceremonies

Weddings and unions are such a fun and exiting time for couples, and choosing a ceremony with me means that you will have full control what goes into your big day. There really are no limits. I can craft a fully bespoke ceremony with your love story at the heart of the day. I’m bursting with ideas.

It’s important to know that, as a wedding celebrant, I do not have legal solemnising status. However, not being affiliated with any religious groups means I can provide a truly unique service.

I perform a purely ceremonial role. The legal necessities with the HSE will have to be completed, meaning you will need to give at least three months notice of your intention to marry to the HSE. You will then need to arrange another appointment to do the legal signing. This can be done either before or after your wedding ceremony but the best place to get all the information you need on the legal side is on the HSE website - You can find all of the information here on the HSE requirements to make your marriage legal in Ireland.

Once you you’re happy with the legal side, we can get working on the fun and beautiful part. I have a rich resource of readings and symbolic rituals. Candle lighting rituals, sand ceremonies, hand fasting, jumping the broom, soil ceremonies, wine box ceremonies; are just some of the rituals which prove very popular amongst couples. The skies really are the limits.

If you have any questions, I’m happy to arrange a Skype session but if you’d like to proceed with my services we can arrange a consultation. A consultation is an exciting opportunity to put together the ceremony of your dreams. If you’d like to arrange a consultation, we can do so via email or by phone on 087 2210 370.

Love
Roy Croft

I love you, not only for what you are,

But for what I am when I am with you.

I love you, not only for what you have made of yourself,

But for what you are making of me.
