About Conor

Born and raised in Dublin, I am a fully trained Funeral and Wedding Celebrant with The Irish Institute of Celebrants, and a member of the Irish Ethical Celebrants Society, and the Association of Funeral Celebrants Ireland.

Being invited to be a part of people's special day is always an honour. Whether it is the exciting and love-filled threshold of marriage, the thrilling time of welcoming a new child into the world, or indeed the sad occasion when grief enters your life and you need to arrange a fitting tribute to your loved one, I work with you to design the ceremony you desire, whether its completely non-religious, semi-religious, mixed faith & spiritual. Every ceremony is built with the client to meet individual needs.

When it comes to weddings, I just love love. My background is in broadcasting media, having spent many years presenting the Love Zone on Dublin’s Q102, and I’ve also presented many wedding and bridal shows.

However, my journey through celebrancy has taken me into new areas, as I discover the very special emotions that come with being asked to perform an end of life ceremony. It is my belief that an appropriate, loving and personal funeral or memorial service, can be the starting point of a healthy grieving process when loss and grief enter your life.

I'm personable, friendly, outgoing, and sincere, and it would be my honour and privilege to officiate those rites of passage which are sacred and most deserving of our attention. Everyone’s story deserves to be celebrated!

If you need ideas for a uniquely personal occasion, look no further. I am bursting with ideas!

There are almost no restrictions as to place, time or possibilities but, in the case of a wedding, the legal necessities with the HSE, would have to be completed separately but I’ll be able to talk you through that part.

After that, my writing and presentation skills and totally professional approach to every detailed aspect of your ceremony, will make sure your day is very special indeed.

Love is not love, Which alters when it alteration finds,

Or bends with the remover to remove.

O no! it is an ever-fixed mark

That looks on tempests and is never shaken
